Description
It is a product obtained by the fermentation of barries with sugar according to ancient recipes, and then aged in steel together with “Vino Cotto” aged 5 years for about 12 months. The “Cotto di Sottobosco” has a ruby red color; a fruity aroma with hints of strawberries, blackberries and blueberries; a strong, sweet and persistent flavor and an alcohol content of 12.5%. The ideal is accompanied with any kind of sweet and dessert, which are to be served at a temperature of 10-12°C.
