Description
Ingredients: Besciamella (skimmed MILK, CREAM (MILK), modified tapioca starch, salt, thickeners: E407), CREAM, Parmigiano Reggiano 10% (MILK, salt, rennet), mascarpone cheese 4% (heavy CREAM, fresh pasteurized MILK, acidity regulator: E330), Italian white truffle (Tuber Magnatum Pico) 1,5%, flavor.
It could contain traces or spores of the genus tuber spp.
Storage conditions: Keep the jar in a dry, cool place, do not expose at direct sunlight. Once opened, cover with oil, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.
Best use: Ideal for first and main courses, excellent dressing for croutons, pizzas, cheese.
The product is not recommended for cases of allergy to milk proteins or lactose intolerance.
