Description
The Marchigian recipe olive, which we produce, reproposes the ancient and tasty recipe of the Marche tradition, just like once upon a time in houses. Olives of Leccino variety are chosen by size and colour from traditional cultivations with an accurate and expert process. Later they are marinated with fine salt, wild fennel and garlic cloves and are stored in barrels which are rotated daily until their natural maturation. During the processing, only smashed chilli pepper is added. They may be served as appetizer together with cured meat and cheese or as a side dish when preparing meat or fish.
Ingredients: Black whole olives (81%), sunflower oil, garlic (sulphites), salt, crushed chilli pepper, herbs (Foeniculum vulgare), acidity regulator: lactic acid E270; preservative: sorbic acid E200.
