A recipe studied in detail to create this honey beer, the woobees.
A top-fermented and bottle-fermented pale ale, inspired by the English golden ales, where honey is added during the last minutes of boiling of the wort, in order to release all the scents and details of honey without bringing sweet, cloying notes.
White foam, soft with fine perlage.
Ingredients: water, barley and wheat malt, honey, hops, yeast and sugar.
