Description
Gradina is a place, is the story of one of the most ancient transformation of this territory made by man.
It is a hill, whose top has been levelled to ease farming practices.
These works were made by locals, probably Picenus poppulation (that according to qualified theories comes from a branch of the most known Celts) or maybe even dated back to Neolithic.
The strong flavor and scent of several hops infused in this beer, bitter but well supported by our Cobi malt, reminded us of the aromas of flowers and wild herbs of Gradina, especially in spring, the awakening of nature, or immediately after a slight rain.
