Water is the most important raw material in beer’s production.
That’s why our blonde beer is devoted to “Giana delle fontanine” (“Giana of the springs”).
This fairy in ancient popular tradition, protects the spring of freshwater located just before the centre of our city, named exactly “la Fontanina”.
