These slices of marinated garlic are seasoned with turmeric and flaxseed oil. Our patented marination process makes this “garlic not tasting like garlic” a sweet and delicate tasting product, which is highly digestible and removes the problem of halitosis. These features make Curcumaglio a functional food which may be used as appetizer, to enrich salads, fish and meat second courses, pasta, or a snack. Suitable for vegetarians and vegans.
Ingredients: Garlic (sulphites) (71%), sunflower oil, vinegar (sulphites), turmeric (0,35%), spice mixture, flex seed (0,1%), dried tomatoes, salt, acidity regulator: citric acid; antioxidant: ascorbic acid E300.
