Carlo Maratti (or Maratta) was a remarkable painter at the turn of 1600 and 1700, he was born in a house a few hundred meters from our laboratory.
We have dedicated a beer by adding food coloring as the natural carcadè and red fruits, just like the painters of the time realized their wonderful colors.
