Description
A wine with an onion leaf colour, distinguished by its intense and creamy perlage. There are hints of toasty yeast and a predominant fruit flavour: fresh, but not unripe red fruit. Juicy, a mature young man, like a teenager ready for university. Mineral, fresh, dynamic. In the mouth a perfect coherence with the nose. On tasting, one immediately perceives its characteristic sapidity, present, constant. In general, the persistence is unique.
