Description

Ingredients: Besciamella (whole MILK, CREAM, WHEAT flour, maize starch, salt), CREAM, mascarpone cheese (heavy CREAM, fresh pasteurized MILK 24%, acidity regulator: E330), Parmigiano Reggiano (MILK, salt, rennet), Italian summer truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.) 4%, flavor.
It could contain traces or spores of the genus tuber spp.
Storage conditions: Keep the jar in a dry, cool place, do not expose at direct sunlight. Once opened, cover with oil, keep refrigerated and consume within 2-3 days.
Best use: Ideal for first and main courses, excellent dressing for croutons, pizzas, cheese.
The product is not recommended for cases of allergy to milk proteins, lactose intolerance and celiac disease.
